Proglasili smo sedmicu posve\u0107enu ovom vo\u0107u. U\u010denici su sa svojim razrednicima brali jabuke u \u0161kolskom vo\u0107njaku i pripremali ih za \u010dlanove brojnih sekcija. Putem razli\u010ditih vannastavnih aktivnosti u\u010denici su pripremali sokove, d\u017eemove i kola\u010de od jabuka. Voditeljice ovih sekcija su pripremile i kola\u010de kojima su se po\u010dastili nastavnici i u\u010denici na\u0161e \u0161kole.<\/p>\n<p>Tradiciju odr\u017eavanja Dana jabuka se\u017ee u 1990. god. Jabuka je predstavljena kao simbol fizi\u010dke, kulturne i genetske raznolikosti koju je neophodno o\u010duvati.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2129 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/osmbklj.edu.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/dani-jabuke-4.jpg\" alt=\"DANI JABUKE 2\" width=\"448\" height=\"336\" \/>\u201cJedna jabuka na dan &#8211;\u00a0 doktor iz ku\u0107e van\u201d<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jabuka spada me\u0111u najkorisnije namirnice za zdravlje organizma jer je bogata vitaminima C, A, E, B1, B2, B6, beta karotenom, vlaknima, kalijem, kalcijem, fosforom, \u017eeljezom, magnezijem i ugljikohidratima. U jabuci ima 85 do 90 % vode pa stoga uspje\u0161no osvje\u017eava i gasi \u017ee\u0111. U kombinaciji C vitamina, minerala i ostalih korisnih sastojaka u jabuci, ja\u010da imunolo\u0161ki sustav organizma. Vrlo je u\u010dinkovita u borbi protiv virusa i bakterija, \u0161titi organizam od prehlade, a tako\u0111er smanjuje rizik za pojavu karcinoma debelog crijeva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2132 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/osmbklj.edu.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/dani-jabuke-7-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"DANI JABUKE 5\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2133 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/osmbklj.edu.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/dani-jabuke-8-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"DANI JABUKE 6\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jabuka pozitivno utje\u010de i na funkcioniranje bubrega, jetre i \u017eu\u010di. Zbog kalcija i fosfora koji sadr\u017eava, jabuka dobro utje\u010de na izgradnju kostiju i zubi, poma\u017ee pri sprje\u010davanju karijesa \u010dak bolje nego pranje zubi. Budu\u0107i da sadr\u017ei mnogo kalija, poti\u010de izlu\u010divanje suvi\u0161ne teku\u0107ine iz organizma pa uz ostalo na taj na\u010din pogoduje i mr\u0161avljenju. Zahvaljuju\u0107i karotinu \u0161titi i od utjecaja \u0161tetnih UV-zraka.
